Job Summary

Translate business needs into customer-focused solutions.  Visualizing an experience in the abstract and then driving that vision into solid design deliverables such as user interface designs, interaction models, and prototypes with team. Think first from the customer’s perspective and set high standards for team in developing amazing experiences.

  • Collaborating effectively with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs and championing great UX
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to your team/partners
  • Responsibly and effectively advocating for customers; imparting day-to-day strategic design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the customer-centric intersection between design, content, business and technology needs.
  • Presenting design work to UX design peers, product teams and executive leadership
  • Owning the end-to-end design process and deliverables

  • 7+ years of UX design, experience Design for digital product including mobile app or website

  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Flinto, Principle etc.

  • Develop understanding of the business priorities, objectives of financial product and service, identify marketing and business opportunities to achieve the business growth
  • Develop and maintain business requirement (BRD) based on product features and customer journey

  • Receive billing and invoice.
  • Handle for the meeting room; check availability, booking and ensure that the meeting room are tidy and clean.
  • To cooperate with the maid in serving the visitor water, coffee or dessert when needed.
  • Provide any assistance according to the situation
  • Administrative work as assigned by HR department
  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant fields
  • 1-2 years’ work experiences in receptionist/operator or customer service is an advantage and new graduates are welcome
  • Knowledge of general administration work is an advantage
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service minded
  • Good English communication, Chinese communication is preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and typing skills
  • Possess multi-tasking skill, hardworking and a good team player
